By accessing or using My Baby Shower ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether through our website, mobile application, or any other means.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

My Baby Shower is a platform that allows expecting parents ("Hosts") to create and manage baby shower registries, invite guests, collect RSVPs, track gift claims, and engage guests with interactive features such as countdown timers and games.

Guests who receive a shared registry link may view the registry, RSVP to the shower event, and mark gifts as claimed — without needing to create an account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To create and manage a baby shower registry, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mybabyshower.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create more than one account per person, share your account credentials with others, or transfer your account to another party without our prior written consent.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display through the Service, including registry names, gift lists, photos, event details, and messages ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant My Baby Shower a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, violate any applicable law, or contain material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam to guests or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than managing your own baby shower event.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Collect or harvest personal data about other users without their explicit consent.

Violation of these acceptable use rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription or one-time payment basis. All fees are stated in your local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@mybabyshower.app within 14 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 14 days in advance.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of My Baby Shower and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree that we may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

My Baby Shower is not responsible for the actions of guests who access your registry link, including any claims made or RSVPs submitted. You are responsible for sharing your registry link only with intended recipients.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Baby Shower and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@mybabyshower.app. Upon deletion, your registry and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and My Baby Shower with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
